Who Can Submit?
Opus Juris welcomes submissions from academicians, research scholars, practicing lawyers, law students, and any individual with a demonstrated interest in legal studies. Manuscripts may include original articles, book reviews, case comments, and legislative analyses pertaining to recent developments in law and legal research.

- No fees are required at the time of manuscript submission.
- The manuscript processing fee becomes payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review stage and is formally accepted for publication.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
General Instructions
Submissions must strictly adhere to the publication guidelines of Opus Juris. The detailed guidelines can be accessed on the official website.

Submissions in the Long Article and Short Article categories must be accompanied by an abstract.

A maximum of three authors is permitted per manuscript.
- 3
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

While the journal recommends adhering to specified word limits, exceptions may be considered based on the merit of the submission.
FORMAT
Format

The first page must include the title of the manuscript, the author(s)’ name(s), and their institutional affiliation(s), followed by an abstract.

The second page should begin the main body of the text.
- 3
The manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- 4
Footnotes must be in Times New Roman, font size 10, with single line spacing.
- 5
Headings should be formatted uniformly throughout the document.
- 6
All citations and references must adhere to a uniform citation format (such as Bluebook or other recognized styles).
