OPEN ACESS POLICY
Open Access Policy
All research articles published in Opus Juris are freely and immediately accessible to the public. They may be read, downloaded, and shared without restriction. All content is disseminated under the terms of a Creative Commons license, permitting use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s). Authors and copyright holders grant to all users an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to access, copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the published work. This license also permits the creation and distribution of derivative works in any digital medium for lawful and scholarly purposes, provided due attribution is maintained. Additionally, users are allowed to print limited copies for personal, non-commercial use.

Submissions must be devoid of baseless or unverified allegations against any individual or entity.

Manuscripts containing defamatory material or content that may harm the reputation of others will not be considered.

Accusatory content based solely on media reports, particularly newspaper articles, will not be entertained.

Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All manuscripts may undergo plagiarism detection software, and any infringement will lead to immediate rejection.

The author(s) bear full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from copyright violations or infringement of third-party rights.

Opus Juris reserves the right to republish accepted content for indexing and archival purposes without requiring additional permission from the author(s).

Manuscripts must maintain neutrality and refrain from promoting any religious or political agenda.

Opinions expressed must be clearly identified as such and must not be presented as objective facts.

Submissions should adopt an academic tone and avoid polemical or inflammatory language.

Content containing hate speech—including but not limited to racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language—will not be published. This includes stereotypical representations, racial tropes, and denial of historically established facts.

Authors retain full legal rights and may pursue action against any individual or entity that infringes upon the copyright of their work published in the journal.
ETHICS STATEMENT
Ethics Statement
Opus Juris is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal publishing. All contributors are expected to adhere to universally accepted principles of academic integrity and responsible authorship.
Authors are required to:

Confirm that their manuscript is entirely their original work.

Avoid unethical practices such as plagiarism, duplicate submissions, data fabrication or manipulation, and redundant publication.

Ensure that the manuscript has not been previously published or is currently under consideration by another journal.

Appropriately attribute all sources, quotations, and paraphrased materials used in the preparation of the manuscript.

Promptly notify the editorial board upon discovering any significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, and cooperate fully in correcting or retracting the content if required.
By submitting to Opus Juris, authors agree to abide by these ethical guidelines and contribute to the maintenance of a trustworthy and respected academic publication.
